    • www.gap.sa is the main local website for deliveries within KSA, while www.gap.com is the brand international site.

  • If I order online, what are my options to receive the product?
    • To make your shopping experience as enjoyable and as convenient as possible, we offer Home Delivery for items sold on our website.

  • Can you place an order on my behalf?
    • Our Customer Care team can support you with placing an order with the option of home delivery.

  • Do you have click & reserve?
    • We do not offer Click & Reserve.


  • Do you deliver to the GCC?

  • Are you still accepting exchanges and returns?
    • During this time, items purchased online will be accepted via the online returns process.

      Online purchases which are returned will be subject to quarantine and sanitization in line with government health and safety guidelines.

  • I bought this product in KSA can I refund it in the GCC?

  • I bought this product on www.gap.com, can I return, refund or exchange it within KSA?
    • As part of two separate entities, unfortunately we cannot process returns, refunds or exchanges on www.gap.sa.

  • I bought this product on www.gap.sa, can I return, refund or exchange it in-store?
    • As part of two separate entities, we will only be able to process returns and refunds on www.gap.sa not in-store.


  • I have Amber points, can I use them on the website?
    • Yes, Amber members can earn points for their transactions on the website. Our Amber members also receive exclusive offers, promotions and event invitations.

  • If I buy an item, do you offer gift wrapping and personal messaging?
    • We do not currently offer this service.


  • What are the online payment methods?
    • We accept multiple types of payments on our website: credit/debit card, PayPal or Amber points.

  • Do you offer cash on delivery?
    • Yes, we offer cash on delivery as a payment method for Saudi Riyals only on orders over 350 SAR. An additional handling fee of 25 SAR is payable for all cash payments to cover the cost to us of providing this service. The refund of items paid for by Cash on Delivery shall be made by crediting you with online credits, and not cash, that can be used for future online orders.

  • Can you refund the price difference?
    • If the item you have purchased goes on sale within 5 days of your purchase, your item still qualifies for the discounted price. The item must be in the same size and color that was purchased. The difference between the purchase price and the sale price will be provided through a coupon code. Sale items with further reductions do not qualify for price difference.
