Returns & Exchanges

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a “no questions asked” returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 30 days from delivery of your Order. We will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding the original delivery charges, taxes and any duties) to your original tender type.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at the moment and all items should follow the returns process with a new order placed for the replacement of items. Exchanged sale items which have been further reduced in price since the date of purchase may, at our discretion, only be exchanged for the reduced sale value.
